Dark Roast
Our dark roast process utilizes the fluidized airbed roasting system to make sure those high-quality beans are not scorched by the hot metal of a typical pan roaster. We then roast the coffee an extended time to bring out the full flavor and aroma from the bean. This results in a darker brewed coffee but one that is full of flavor, body and aroma. Contrary to popular belief, a dark roast coffee actually has less caffeine than a lighter roast as the extended roasting process reduces the natural caffeine level in the unroasted bean.
